Passionfruit season is just around the corner so we're pulling out the vodka to go with it. Our cocktail recipes have been designed by designed by Everybody's, Auckland's premier bar and lounge.
• 45ml vodka
• 30ml passionfruit sugar syrup
• 20ml lemon juice
• prosecco or champagne
• 1 fresh passionfruit
• edible flower (optional)
Add vodka, passionfruit syrup, lemon juice into a shaker. Shake and double strain into a coupė glass and top with Prosecco or champagne. Garnish with an edible flower and half ball of passionfruit.
