This policy (our Next Day (Auckland) Delivery Policy) outlines how British American Tobacco (New Zealand) Limited (BATNZ, we, our, or us) guarantee to deliver Vuse items that you order within twenty-four (24) hours to certain suburbs in the Auckland area.

4. How does our Next Day (Auckland) Delivery Guarantee Policy work?
Notwithstanding clauses 5 and 6 of our standard Delivery Policy, we guarantee to deliver items that you order within twenty-four (24) hours provided that:
(a) your order is placed before 2pm on a weekday; and
(b) your order is not for, or does not include, any ‘free’ products; and
(c) you order is for delivery to an address that:
(i) meets clause 7 of our standard Delivery Policy; and
(ii) is a suburb included in the table in clause 6 (below); and
(d) our courier is able to obtain a signature and ID from an adult (18+) on delivery (in accordance with clause 9 of our standard Delivery Policy).
5. What happens if your Auckland delivery takes more than 24 hours to get to you?
5.1. If:
(a) your delivery meets the requirements set out in clause 4 (above); and
(b) you have not received your delivery within twenty-four (24) hours of it being placed,
you should contact us. Please provide us with your Vuse Order Number when you do. 5.2. We will investigate your order and let you know if your order qualifies for our Next Day (Auckland) Delivery Guarantee. If it:
(a) does, we will provide you with a unique code for one (1) free pack of Vuse pods that:
(i) is redeemable online only at vuse.co.nz; and
(ii) must be used within two (2) weeks of it being issued to you; and
(iii) is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
(b) does not, we will let you know (including the reasons why).
