Why is my vape leaking?
Occasionally, you may see minor leakage from your closed system vape device pods. This is most likely due to the buildup of condensation, and is not uncommon in vapour products. If you notice this, detach your Vuse e Liquid pod from your device, clean with a dry cloth and carefully blow into the vape to dislodge any build-up of dirt.
To reduce condensation, try to avoid back-puffing into your vape device, puff gently and avoid using vape pods that have been out of the packaging for a prolonged period of time.
Why is my vape pen not producing vapour?
It could be one of several safety or battery-related reasons why your Vuse Go Reload is not producing vapour:
• The Reload vape pen is designed to automatically shut down if activated for more than five seconds. You may need to wait a few moments before trying to puff again.
• Your vape pen may need to be charged.
• You may need to change your e Liquid pod.
• Dirt might be blocking the connection between the device and the e Liquid pod. Try cleaning it with a dry cloth.
• Your Vuse Go Reload may have auto locked itself or is locked manually. Press the button 5 times quickly to check it’s unlocked.
• Check the air flow on your Vuse Go Reload device isn’t covered.
If you've checked all of these possibilities and are still experiencing issues, contact the Vuse Customer Care Team at info.nz@vuse.com or 0800 097 369.
My vape device is dirty, how do I clean it?
To clean your Vuse Go Reload, remove your Vuse e Liquid pod from the device, clean it with a dry cloth and carefully blow into the mouthpiece to dislodge any dirt build up.
Why does my vape taste burnt?
If you’re getting burnt hits, you may be running low on e Liquid which means you’ll need to replace your e Liquid pod. Another reason could be that you’re taking too many short puffs in quick succession. Try taking puffs every 15-20 seconds to see if this resolves the issues.
Why is my vape charger not working?
Vuse devices charge best when connected to an extra low voltage charging source rated no more than 5 volts and 0.75amps (5VDC, 0.75A). If an unsuitable charging source is being used, safety features within our devices may prevent charging.
If you're confident you're using the correct charging source yet still have an issue charging your vape battery, check to ensure that the interface between the device and charger is free from debris. Gently blowing the bottom of the device and into the charger can help dislodge any obstructions. Make sure that the three charging points at the bottom of the device are clean and gold in appearance. If you spot any build-up of dirt or debris you can use the tip of a wooden cocktail stick to gently scrape clean the area. Please keep in mind that you may need to look closely to spot the obstruction.
If the device temperature drops below 0 degrees Celsius, charging will be temporarily inhibited by the device to preserve the integrity of the vape battery.

The LED light flashes 3 times:
This means your device is locked. Press the button 5 times in 2.5 seconds to unlock.
This could also mean that your pod is broken. Try replacing it with a new pod.

Vuse Go Reload:

How to know if my vape pen is fully charged?
