If you’re not 100% satisfied with a Vuse e Liquid flavour or strength you can an exchange it. Just get in contact with us, send in the e Liquid and if you’ve met our Satisfaction Guarantee criteria, we’ll provide you with a Vuse e Liquid pack of pods of your choice.
Device Guarantee:
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Vuse device and you’ve purchased it from vuse.co.nz you can return it for a refund. Just get in contact with us, send in the device and if you’ve met our Satisfaction Guarantee criteria, we’ll provide you with a refund.
