If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Vuse device and you’ve purchased it from vuse.co.nz or vuse.com.au, you can return it for a refund. Just get in contact with us, send in the device and if you’ve met our Satisfaction Guarantee criteria, we’ll provide you with a refund.
