New vaping regulations published on 24 August 2023 mean that the types of vaping devices and nicotine e Liquids available in New Zealand will soon be changing.
VAPING CHANGES - 21 MARCH 2024
New requirements around flavour descriptions, the nicotine levels for reusable devices and new reusable device criteria come into effect. These changes will mean that we’ll need to say goodbye to our 3% and 4% e Liquid flavours and our ePod 2 device.
THE GOOD NEWS
We’re launching our new 28.5 mg/ml nic e Liquid (being 28.5 mg/ml, the highest salt-based nic strength eLiquid under new regulation) and 1.6% flavours and an exciting new stylish reusable device in the coming weeks.
