1. About the RePOD Recycling Programme

1.1 BAT (New Zealand) Limited (BATNZ, we, our, or us) has created the Vuse RePOD Recycling Programme (RePOD Programme) to enable Vuse customers to:

(a) recycle used Vuse vape pods and vaping devices; and
(b) earn Vuse+ points (Vuse+ Points) under the Vuse Loyalty Programme.

1.2 By participating in the RePOD Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.3 These terms and conditions should be read together with the Loyalty Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions (Loyalty Terms), the Vuse Terms and Conditions of Sale, and other terms applicable to your purchase of BATNZ products and services.

1.4 Personal information you provide in relation to the RePOD Programme will be collected and used in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale and our Privacy Policy.

1.5 All terms and conditions can be accessed via our website, including batnz.co.nz; vuse.co.nz; vusionry.co.nz as well as any applicable redirected website (collectively our Website).

2. How to return products

2.1 To return products under the RePOD programme you must:

(a) use a RePOD bag, which you can obtain either:

(i) online via our Website; or 
(ii) in person, at participating retail stores or the Vusionry store at 270 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland 1023;

(b) place the products in the bag and seal the bag carefully to ensure that no e liquid escapes the bag; 

(c) legibly write your name and email address where indicated on the bag; and

(d) arrange for a courier driver to pick up your sealed RePod bag from a location of your choice using the returns label on the bag. This will be delivered back to BATNZ, or you can either drop it off at an NZ Post shop or deliver it in person to the Vusionry Store at 270 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland 1023.

2.2 You must only return used Vuse vape pods and vaping devices. No other products will be accepted.

3. Earning Vuse+ Points

3.1 BATNZ will issue you with $10 of Points each time that you return (in accordance with clause 2) either:

 
3.2 To be eligible to receive Vuse+ Points under clause 3.1 you must only return models and quantities of pods and devices as specified.

 3.3 If you have an active “Subscribe & Save” order, the Vuse+ Points will be applied as a credit to your account to discount your next subscription order total.

 3.4 Vuse+ Points can only be redeemed in accordance with our Loyalty Terms.

 3.5 Eligibility for Vuse+ Points will be at the sole discretion of BATNZ.

4. General terms

4.1 Your compliance: You must comply with:

(a) any additional terms and conditions, or instructions from us, brought to your attention on our Website or correspondence from us; and
(b) all applicable New Zealand laws and regulations relating to your use of our Website, including your purchase, use and disposal of the Products.

 4.2 BATNZ may amend these terms and conditions from time to time by posting updated terms and conditions on our Website. You should review our RePOD Recycling Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply to you as part of our RePOD Programme (as it is your responsibility to check that you have read and agree with the latest RePOD Recycling Terms and Conditions).

 4.3 BATNZ may refuse, terminate, modify or suspend participation in the RePOD Programme at any time without prior notice, in its reasonable discretion.

 4.4 To the extent permitted by law, BATNZ will not be responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, in connection with our RePOD Programme.

 4.5 These Recycling Terms and Conditions are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, New Zealand law. We both agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
