Repod Recycling Terms and Conditions

VUSE REPOD RECYCLING PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS Last updated: 11 OCTOBER 2022

1. About the RePOD Recycling Programme

1.1 BAT (New Zealand) Limited (BATNZ) has created the Vuse RePOD Recycling Programme (“RePOD Programme”) to enable Vuse customers to: (a) recycle used Vuse vape pods and vaping devices; and (b) earn Vuse+ points (Points) under the Vuse Loyalty Programme.

1.2 By participating in the RePOD Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.3 These terms and conditions should be read together with the Loyalty Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions (Loyalty Terms), the Vuse Terms and Conditions of Sale, and other terms applicable to your purchase of BATNZ products and services.

1.4 Personal information you provide in relation to the RePOD Programme will be collected and used in accordance with the Vuse privacy policy.

2. How to return products

2.1 To return products under the RePOD programme you must:

(a) use a RePOD freepost bag (which you can obtain either: (i) online via the Vuse.co.nz website; or  (ii) in person, at participating retail stores or the Vusionry store at 270 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland 1023);

(b) place the products safely in the freepost bag and seal the freepost bag fully;

(c) write your name and email address where indicated on the freepost bag; and

(d) send the sealed freepost bag to BATNZ, at the address on the freepost bag (or deliver it in person to the Vusionry Store at 270 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland 1023).

2.2 You must only return used Vuse vape pods and vaping devices. No other products will be accepted.

3. Earning Points

3.1 BATNZ will issue you with $10 of Points each time that you return (in accordance with clause 2) either:

(a) 20 used Vuse ePod 2 e Liquid pods; or (b) 4 used Vuse ePod 2 devices. 3.2 To be eligible to receive Points under clause

3.1, you must only return the specified models and quantities of pods and devices specified.

3.3 You may return a combination of pods and devices in one bag, however, points will only be applied to 20 pods OR 4 devices.

3.4 If you have an active “subscribe and save” order, the Points will be applied as a credit to your account to discount your next order total.

3.5 Points can only be redeemed at vuse.co.nz. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Points can be spent either by: (a) purchasing cash coupons (see section 7 of the Loyalty Terms); or (b) purchasing discount coupons (see section 8 of the Loyalty Terms).

3.6 Eligibility for Points will be at the sole discretion of BATNZ.

4. General terms

4.1 BATNZ may amend these terms and conditions from time to time by posting updated terms and conditions on its website.

4.2 BATNZ may refuse, terminate, modify or suspend participation in the RePOD Programme at any time without prior notice, in its reasonable discretion.

4.3 To the extent permitted by law, BATNZ will not be responsible for any loss or damage, however caused, in connection with our RePOD Programme.

4.4 These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
