WHAT EFFECT DID THE 2023 REGULATIONS HAVE ON VUSE DISPOSABLE VAPES?
New vaping regulations published on 24 August 2023 meant that the types of vaping devices available in New Zealand needed to change from 21 December 2023. These regulations require single-use vaping products to have a removable battery and child-safety mechanisms. and impacted the Vuse Go 500 and Vuse Go XL devices, which are no longer available.
We’ve now launched a range of disposable vapes that are compliant with the 2023 regulations, so you can enjoy our easy-to-use devices until October 2024, when new regulations around disposable devices will come into effect.
